("Fossil") was incorporated (Charter # 07064969-22) under the Texas Business Corporation Act. It is an independent oil and gas exploration company whose management has more than 40 years experience and a proven record of success in the onshore Gulf Coast trends along the Texas and Louisiana, including South Texas (Valley), and the Mid-Continent oil areas of Kansas and Oklahoma in this industry.

Fossil Oil has an experienced team of management and geological consultants including its partnership with another highly successful industry partner, New Century Exploration, specializing in the drilling of direct hydrocarbon indicators the pre-drilling identification of oil and natural gas utilizing the latest 3D seismic data to generate high quality drilling prospects for Fossil's joint venture investors.

For the past several years, Fossil Oil and its affiliate partners have been successfully drilling along the Texas Gulf Coast. Since 1999, Fossil’s management has focused in drilling activities in the well known Cooley Gas Field in Fort Bend County, Texas. Fossil has drilled and completed four deep Wilcox gas wells in that time period and recently completed the Fossil - Horelica #2 well and re-completed the Fossil –Horelica #1A-ST well which is currently flowing gas and condensate. Fossil has just drilled and completed and producing several other wells in Texas and Louisiana (Fossil- Barham #1, Fossil – Dobbs #1, Fossil – Forgason #1, Fossil – Cage Ranch West #1, Fossil – Thibodaux #1 and drilling or about to drill eight (8) other gas and oil wells. Generating, structuring, and funding close-in development drilling oil and gas prospects both industry partners and qualified accredited non-industry investors to directly participate in specific joint ventures is the dominate Exploitation and Production activity of Fossil Oil & Gas.

MANAGEMENT


Dennis R. Kittler
President and Founder

Mr. Kittler became the founder and President of Fossil Oil & Gas, L.L.C. (“Fossil Oil”) in 1999. His responsibilities are to manage Fossil’s entire corporate functions including Administration, Financial, Marketing, Field Operations and all functions involving the generation of high quality drilling prospects for both industry and non-industry participation. He is an active member in the Houston Geological Society (HGS # 10102), Houston Producers’ Forum (HPF), American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG # 77661-1), Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association (TIPRO), Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA), the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL # 37635), a charter member of the Houston Wildcatters Association and a member in Good Standing of the Petroleum Club of Houston (Member #3301).

Mr. Kittler earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in finance (Coe College - Iowa) in 1965 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing Management in 1967 (St. Cloud State University - Minnesota). His business career for the past three decades has been with several nationally recognized corporations where he held executive level positions from sales manager to President and CEO in a variety of industries from computers/office products (IBM), advertising (Ampex Stereo Tapes and Ampex Music Division),securities (ENI Corp./American Capital Corp.), international imports (ACC Distributing),Professional Sports (Miami Dolphins -NFL / World Team Tennis) and oil and gas exploration and production (ENI Exploration Company, ENI Energy Corporation, ACC Exploration Company, Jurassic Energy Corp., Jurassic Capital Corporation, and Fossil Oil & Gas, L.L.C., Fossil Oil and Gas, LLC., Fossil Oil and Gas Operating, LLC, and Fossil Capital). After active duty and serving in the U.S. Army (National Guard), Kittler joined IBM in Chicago where he was recognized for a successful sales and sales management career in IBM’s Office Product Division. Kittler resigned to take over the marketing/advertising executive position in NYC with Ampex Corp. / Ampex Music Division followed by an exciting marketing and promotional career in Florida with both the NFL Miami Dolphins Organization and the original World Team Tennis (WTT) League.

In 1975, the Arab Oil Embargo had opened up new and challenging opportunities in marketing oil and gas drilling programs (tax shelters) in the retail sector. Kittler began his career in specializing in the sale of oil and gas limited partnerships, joint ventures and direct participation drilling programs. As a partner in charge of the Rocky Mountain region for ENI Exploration (ENI Corp.), Kittler was a partner in a firm that structured, sponsored and marketed more than fifty(50) diversified oil and gas drilling programs involving dozens of industry partners and hundreds of oil and natural gas wells throughout the United States and Canada.


In August, 1999, Kittler resigned from the Jurassic Companies, Inc. to form Fossil Oil and Gas, L.L.C. and specialize in generating natural gas and crude oil drilling prospects along the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast Region. Kittler then began to form a series of Texas Joint Ventures to drill lower risk development oil and gas prospects. Kittler and his joint venture partners drilled a 15,500' gas well in Chevron/Exxon’s historic Thompson Field (Ft. Bend Co., TX) and four deep Wilcox wells in the famous Cooley Gas Field also in Fort Bend County. The most recent Wilcox well (Fossil – Horelica #2) was drilled in the 4th quarter, 2006 and was completed and hooked up to an Interstate Pipeline in the 2nd quarter, 2007. The Horelica #1A-ST well has been re-completed and flowing gas and condensate daily. Fossil is currently focusing its newest Joint Ventures with its partner, New Century Exploration, generating drilling programs exclusively based on 3D seismic technology for both oil industry and accredited non-industry JV partners. Fossil has drilled and completed the Fossil - Barham #1 in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana Fossil’s other current 3D seismic projects with New Century Exploration, the Fossil – Cage Ranch West #1 well in Brooks County, Texas is now producing significant quantities of natural gas, Fossil – Dobbs Ranch #1 well in Lavaca County, Texas is also hooked up to a gas pipeline and producing substantial volume of gas, Fossil – Thibideaux #1 in Calcasieu Parish is being hooked up to the pipeline, the Fossil – Forgason #1 well in Wharton County, Texas is flowing significant gas into the sales line and the Fossil – 2007 Year - End Multi - Well JV remaining nine (9) wells all to be drilled in the weeks ahead. Fossil’s final 2007 JV involves the acquisition of producing properties currently producing oil with major plans to increase production to more than 400 barrels of oil per day.

Spencer Thomas Hood
Senior Vice President - Administration

Mr. Hood’s responsibilities have covered a wide variety of areas. He manages Fossil Oil & Gas administrative and field administrative activities which includes all vendor bidding in the selection process for drill pipe, bits, mud logging, directional drilling, casing, cementing, casing crews, surface rentals, down hole rentals, and open hole logging for drilling operations. In addition, he is responsible for accounts payable and receivable to all of Fossil’s venders, maintaining regulatory compliance for the Texas Railroad Commission, maintaining accurate databases for division of ownership and tax reporting in all joint ventures and prospective investor databases for new joint ventures.

He is a highly dependable and results-oriented leader and manager with progressive information systems experience. Special expertise in implementing network applications, telecommunications, project management, and system security are now being utilized as the Fossil companies continue to expand.

Network Service Delivery Management (2003-2005)
Supported world wide trouble ticket/help desk operations in Asia-Pacific, UK and US and providing 24/7 service to support core technology. He analyzed problem areas in the global network, pinpointing solutions and resolving problems within appropriate time. Mr. Hood facilitated international conference bridges, providing guidance, and collecting resources to quickly resolve the issue of the moment and reducing financial and outage impact and escalated critical network issues and coordinated team efforts to resolve any major problems in the Global Technology Infrastructure.

Data Implementation Manager, Texas (2001-2003)
Managed Texas Data Implementation, Telecommunication Provisioning, and Structured Cabling Design. Directed the replacement of antiquated network equipment, installed new cabling infrastructure, switches, routers, and software. Directed building security network integration. Held seats on the Disaster Recovery Committee and the Building Emergency Organization.
Consumer Credit Operation Center, Senior LAN Administrator (1999-2001)
Served as project coordinator on Y2K project as Senior LAN Administration. Prepared for conversion of systems to support the year 2000 changes. Directed system software and hardware upgrades and audits. Conducted feasibility testing of applications and network hardware to review the technical processes and implemented network modifications where necessary.

E-Tech, Senior Network Engineer, (1996-1999)
Transformed mainframe technology and established and implemented new network and telecom infrastructure to connect banking operations within 400 banking centers in Texas. Traveled to site locations to review infrastructure and met with personnel to train on the new technology. Richard Olitt
Senior Vice President - Investor Relations


Mr. Olitt is a graduate of the University of California (Berkeley). He has over thirty years experience in various corporate management and sales executive positions.

In a diverse work environment, Mr. Olitt has served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for DentiCare, a Southern California based dental HMO. He also has served as a VP of Recruitment for MRN, a nurse recruitment company that staffed contracted hospitals across the United States.

Prior to entering the energy business, Mr. Olitt owned and managed a garment business located in the Philippines which manufactured infant clothing apparel for international export.
For the past two years, Mr. Olitt has been directly involved in the management of acquiring drilling and completion capital for Fossil’s Joint Ventures. His primary responsibilities include the supervision of all investor communications, managing relationships with investor base, dissemination of reports and updates via internet communications, creation of promotional materials, expanding Fossil’s client base, etc. He manages investor/client services from Fossil’s offices in Southern California.

Mr. Olitt reports directly to Fossil’s President and is a member of Fossil’s Executive Committee. Mr. Olitt is married with two grown daughters.

Donald J. Timko
Geologist and Geophysical Engineer

Mr. Timko has nearly 50 years experience in the petroleum industry. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh, he was employed by Continental Oil Company (now ConocoPhillips) as a Research and Reservoir petroleum engineer. Some of his initial responsibilities involved drilling and evaluating wells in Oklahoma and Kansas. Before leaving Conoco in 1973, he was promoted as the head of Conoco's Formation Evaluations operations worldwide, which included logging, coring, and well testing.

After resigning from Conoco, he formed his own petrophysics consulting company, which continues to this day.

Over the years, Mr. Timko has been successfully associated as owner or co-owner of two domestic production companies and developed considerable oil and gas reserves along the upper Gulf Coast of Texas. He sold these interests in 1998 and now spends full time as a petroleum consultant, specializing in petrophysics.

Mr. Timko has been a member of the faculty at the University of Houston, teaching graduate level courses in Formation Evaluation. He has over the years, taught Formation Evaluation courses in the USA, Canada, South America, and Europe. Asia and Africa.

He is a past president of the International Petrophysical Society, which is the petroleum industries technical society in the field of Formation Evaluation. 

Mr. Timko is recognized as an expert witness in formation evaluation and geology before the Texas Railroad Commission and the Louisiana Land Commission.

Mr. Timko was selected as a “Distinguished Lecturer" for the Society of Petroleum Engineers of A.I.M.E. The lectures, given worldwide, emphasized techniques to define the commerciality of oil and gas reservoirs in high pressure/ high temperature geological environments. He has published many technical papers on this subject over the years, the most recent in 2004 and 2005.

Presently, Mr. Timko's clients include both major and independent oil and gas companies. Mr. Timko has been Fossil’s Geologist/Petroleum Engineer and Petrophysics Expert for several past projects. He currently Fossil’s primary advisor to the Fossil – Cooley Gas Field’s 13,200’ deep Wilcox natural gas project drilled and being completed in the 1st quarter of 2007 in addition to an 11,400’ Wilcox sand re-completion project on the Fossil Horelica #1A-ST well in Fort Bend Co., Texas and in the drilling of a 10,500’ Hackberry sand in Calcasieu Parish, LA.

Jim has over 18 years in the Texas oil and gas industry. In 1975, Jim completed studies at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces New Mexico. With minors in Geology and Electrical Engr. He received a BA in Journalism, Mass Communications, Photojournalism, Cinematography, Advertising and Television Production. Jim also completed studies toward a Masters Degree in Counseling and Educational Psychology.

Previous experience includes, Production Manager of a Custom, Commercial Photographic and Production Lab, Marketing Manager for a Fortune 500 multi-media corporation. From 1995 to 1998 he served as VP-Corporate Development of an Austin based independent Oil and Gas Company. In 1999 Jim founded Focus Digital Marketing Services and is sole owner of the company.

Since 1989 Mr. Fulp has been involved full time, in the funding, development, marketing and illustration of numerous oil and gas drilling projects and oil and gas related websites throughout the State of Texas. As a consultant his comprehensive understanding of the oil and gas industry and marketing, is contributing to delivering Fossil Oil's message with Speed, Clarity, Accuracy and Impact!
