and the original World Team Tennis (WTT) League.
In 1975, the Arab Oil Embargo had opened up new and
challenging opportunities in marketing oil and gas drilling
programs (tax shelters) in the retail sector. Kittler
began his career in specializing in the sale of oil
and gas limited partnerships, joint ventures and direct
participation drilling programs. As a partner in charge
of the Rocky Mountain region for ENI Exploration (ENI
Corp.), Kittler was a partner in a firm that structured,

the United States and Canada.
In August, 1999, Kittler resigned from
the Jurassic Companies, Inc. to form Fossil Oil and
Gas, L.L.C. and specialize in generating natural gas
and crude oil drilling prospects along the Texas and
Louisiana Gulf Coast Region. Kittler then began to form
a series of Texas Joint Ventures to drill lower risk
development oil and gas prospects. Kittler and his joint
venture partners drilled a 15,500' gas well in Chevron/Exxon’s
historic Thompson Field (Ft. Bend Co., TX) and four
deep Wilcox wells in the famous Cooley Gas Field also
in Fort Bend County. The most recent Wilcox well (Fossil
– Horelica #2) was drilled in the 4th quarter,
2006 and was completed and hooked up to an Interstate
Pipeline in the 2nd quarter, 2007. The Horelica #1A-ST
well has been re-completed and flowing gas and condensate
daily. Fossil is currently focusing its newest Joint
Ventures with its partner, New Century Exploration,
generating drilling programs exclusively based on 3D
seismic technology for both oil industry and accredited
non-industry JV partners. Fossil has drilled and completed
the Fossil - Barham #1 in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana
Fossil’s other current 3D seismic projects with
New Century Exploration, the Fossil – Cage Ranch
West #1 well in Brooks County, Texas is now producing
significant quantities of natural gas, Fossil –
Dobbs Ranch #1 well in Lavaca County, Texas is also
hooked up to a gas pipeline and producing substantial
volume of gas, Fossil – Thibideaux #1 in Calcasieu
Parish is being hooked up to the pipeline, the Fossil
– Forgason #1 well in Wharton County, Texas is
flowing significant gas into the sales line and the
Fossil – 2007 Year - End Multi - Well JV remaining
nine (9) wells all to be drilled in the weeks ahead.
Fossil’s final 2007 JV involves the acquisition
of producing properties currently producing oil with
major plans to increase production to more than 400
