Independent Oil and Gas Investments!

Fossil Oil & Gas Management, LLC. is an independent oil and gas management company providing oil and natural gas investment opportunities for oil and gas production in high volume fields based on 3D seismic technology. Fossil Oil brings added confidence to our investors and joint venture partners with management having over 38 years experience serving the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast, south Texas, Mid-Continent areas of Kansas, and Oklahoma.

The oil and gas industry has never been better in its 150 year existence. Oil companies are experiencing record profits. The industry appears to be revisiting the oil boom of the early 20th century but with far greater results with Natural Gas as an added commodity! With the global demand for energy, the tightening supply and lingering energy bill in our own country, along with the tax write offs incentive in the tax code to stimulate private sector oil and gas investment, the opportunities are astounding for those who are forward looking. The current environment for oil and gas exploration is ideal. Industry pundits predict worldwide consumption to be 115 million barrels of oil a day by 2030, a huge increase from current demand of 85 million barrels.

World competition for fossil fuel sources is high, yet, big oil companies have reduced their drilling budgets from 30% in the mid-90's to 18% today, while our industry’s geological and engineering workforce has diminished from 800,000 employees in the 1980's to 285,000 in 2006.

Meanwhile, much of today’s world's oil has been nationalized, leaving the major USA oil companies scrambling for incredibly expensive international and deep water projects (Outer Continental Shelf – Gulf of Mexico). Thus, with the absence of the major oil companies, “the playing field has been leveled” and huge opportunities prevail for companies like Fossil Oil & Gas and its partner, New Century Exploration, to utilize their skills, experience, and 3D seismic technology to explore these vast onshore opportunities.

We encourage you - don't let times of high profit taking in this industry pass you by.

You have to own Oil and Gas to reap the rewards!

Our goal is to participate along side our joint venture partners in properties that make sound risk/reward sense, properties that meet our high economic goals and properties supported by the latest
3D seismic technology.

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

Fossil Oil & Gas Management, LLC owns a working interest in thousands of acres within a strategic portion of the Deep Bossier Trend in East Texas. The Bossier Shale is referred to as the Haynesville Shale in North Louisiana. Several large Deep Bossier fields have been discovered recently and numerous wells are being drilled near our acreage. Some of the biggest gas wells found recently in the USA have been in this area with initial rates over 50,000,000 cubic feet of gas per day. In addition to Bossier potential, Fossil’s acreage contains sizable Proved Reserves in multiple stacked shallower zones, i.e., Rodessa and Pettit, Sub-Clarksville and Woodbine sands. The Fossil-Rodessa Multi-Well JV will drill 15 Rodessa wells classified as Proven Undeveloped (PUD) locations.
